I am a hard-working individual who strives to find new opportunities and experiences. Despite my little amount of work experience within the media industry so far, my studies have enhanced my passion for media. I therefore wish to gain more experience within the industry in order to progress as a media professional. I believe this will heighten my knowledge for the future when I finished my studies. I enjoy working with new people as I can learn a lot from other people’s experiences as well as contributing to my communication and team working skills. During my time as a student, I was able to work as a team and was introduced to public speaking through group presentations which has definitely improved my confidence.

I am a self-motivated person who is quick to learn and enjoys working independently and as a team. I am punctual in terms of being on time and meeting deadlines as I am passionate about the work that I do, whether this is at work or at university. My English and Media course has enabled me to identify myself as a TV specialist as this is the module I enjoyed the most in my first year and I have continued to study TV in my second and third year. Despite how I enjoy writing essays and studying TV theorists my aim is to gain experience in the media industry in order to develop my career, as well as my skills. I am excited and determined to work in the media industry.
